All orders placed on our Completebridal.net online store are special order items and orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Store credits will not be issued. All sales are final. Exchanges will not be made. We have a dedicated team of experts that will help answer any questions that you have regarding fitting. “Complete Bridal” is not responsible for any changes in measurements, measurements not taken by “Complete Bridal”, or requested sizes. By purchasing through our online store this means that your dress will be in perfect condition and only tried on by YOU. With our expert team, you can buy your dress with confidence! Knowing that your online dress buying experience will be a success. All orders will be paid in full at the time of order, unless the order was placed with our layaway option*. All orders are non-refundable and cancellations are not allowed. Once the order has been placed we will not charge your credit card until we are positive we can get the dress to you in time for the wear date given to us with your order. Once that is assessed, you will receive a confirmation for your order with the delivery date by phone and/or email. If there’s any question on a delivery date, we will give you a call and confirm the details of your wear date. We guarantee on-time arrival of all orders that are made, according to the delivery dates, which are given to the customer once the order is processed. Tax is not included in the cost of any item. For residents living in Illinois there will be tax added to the cost of the item ordered. The customer will be notified of this amount. Shipping and handling charges are included in the cost of item for ground shipping once your gown is ready to ship out. If you would like to upgrade to Next day, 2nd day or 3 day shipping, you will be asked to pay for the shipping. You will be notified of this amount when confirmation of your order is given. Every item will be double checked for any damages or imperfections before it is shipped to you. We are NOT responsible for any damages made to the dress by the customer after having received the item such as broken zippers, beads falling handling of the item, dry cleaning disasters, etc.
